Chief Technology Officer - Fan Engagement Platform

Job Functions:

Skill:

• Own and execute the overall technology roadmap, fully aligned with product and business objectives
• Lead the architecture and development of scalable CRMs, gamification systems, and fan data platforms
• Build, mentor, and scale a high-performing engineering team across backend, frontend, data, and DevOps
• Oversee infrastructure design and reliability using Kubernetes, Docker, and cloud-native architectures on AWS/GCP
• Guide backend development in Go and Kotlin, ensuring modular, high-performance systems
• Oversee frontend development in React and modern UI frameworks for seamless cross-platform experiences
• Implement strong DevOps practices including CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and observability
• Integrate third-party services including payments, analytics, and loyalty APIs
• Drive exploration of AI and computer vision to enhance fan engagement, content automation, and stadium analytics
• Ensure data security, compliance, and scalability across multi-tenant club deployments

Job Requirements:

• You have 10+ years in software engineering, with 3–5 years in senior technical leadership
• You have a proven record of scaling cloud-native applications to large user bases
• You have deep expertise in Go, Kotlin, React, Docker, Kubernetes, and modern cloud infrastructure on AWS or GCP
• You're comfortable with CRM systems, payments, and real-time data processing
• You've led full-stack teams and managed external technology partners without losing execution quality
• You thrive in fast-moving startup environments with tight cycles and high ownership expectations
• You're based in Riyadh or ready to relocate — this role is on-site
• Bonus: experience with computer vision, AI personalization, fan engagement tech, stadium/IoT technology, or scaling products for global audiences
