Develop and execute the organization's procurement and sourcing strategies, aligning with organizational goals and priorities
Manage the procurement team, including hiring, training, performance management, and professional development
Oversee the full procurement lifecycle, including strategic sourcing, contract negotiation, supplier relationship management, and procurement analytics
Identify and implement process improvements to enhance procurement efficiency, effectiveness, and transparency
Collaborate with cross-functional leaders to understand business needs and provide strategic procurement recommendations
Establish and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers, partners, and stakeholders
Monitor and report on procurement metrics, analytics, and key performance indicators
Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies related to procurement
Job Requirements:
Bachelor's degree
9+ years of progressive experience in procurement, supply chain, or a related field, with at least 5 years in a leadership role
Demonstrated expertise in strategic sourcing, contract negotiation, and supplier relationship management
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data-driven insights to drive decision-making
Knowledge of procurement best practices, industry trends, and regulatory compliance requirements
